LinkedIn has an often underused section called ‘answers’. And if you’ve never heard of this, the reason is that LinkedIn hides it away!!
Go to ‘more’ in the top bar options and you will see that one of the ‘more’ options is answers!
Answers are a great opportunity to show your expertise. I guarantee people are asking questions every day in your field of expertise. And imagine how much you’d stand out if you were the one answering them!
Answers are also great for asking questions yourself! Stuck with something and don’t have time to trawl google for the answer? Stick it on LinkedIn answers!
Answers allows you to sort your searches for certain keywords by degrees of relevance. As a result, you will see the questions from those in your immediate network first. So start showing your expertise to your connections!
