Facebook has added a new feature for pages that should make interacting with your customers and potential customers easier!
You can now reply to individual comments, rather than just adding another comment. This will also allow for individual conversations to take place.
You could use this to create debate with individuals, to answer their questions, to build the sales conversation or to just generally reply to their comments!
To active threaded replies on your Facebook page, just follow the following steps:
- Go to the admin panel at the top of your page
- Click ‘edit page’
- Go to ‘manage permissions’
- Towards the bottom of these options you will find ‘apply replies to comments on my page’
- Check the box next to this
- Save and you’re done!!!
