You know all those LinkedIn connections you have? When was the last time you actually communicated with them?
Did you know you can organise your contacts by tagging them, and then send a message to tagged connections?
By clicking on ‘network’ and then ‘contacts’ you’ll find a full list of your LinkedIn contact. When you hover over a contact, the option ‘tag’ appears. You can assign whatever tag you want, creating your own to organise your contacts as you want to.
So, you could tag customers, potential customers, experts, referrers, or anything else that is relevant to your business.
It then becomes much easier to send messages to that list, by filtering your contacts by the tag. You can either work through, sending them individual messages, or send a group message that is relevant to them.
This is great for setting up meetings, sending useful information, or letting them know what is going on in your business.
So, go get tagging!!
