I’ve blogged about it before, but I do think it’s so important that I’m going to blog about it again!
Learning is vital for the success of any business. Whether that’s developing employees or the business owner themselves learning new ways to grow the business.
I do so much reading and go to courses and learning events. Yesterday I started a ‘nuggets’ book. This is a book of all the great learnings I’ve picked up that are applicable to my business that I can delve in to every week and see if there’s anything I can do to adapt and change the way I do things, to increase my chance of success.
I also regularly commit to learning. I’m a member of the Entrepreneur’s Circle, to help me grow and develop lots of different business skills. And I keep a keen eye on any relevant courses that I should attend.
If we don’t increase our knowledge, it is difficult to move forward with our business. Plus, it might not even be about learning completely new things, but reminding yourself of the things you know you should be doing but aren’t.
So, I want you to take some time out this week to highlight areas that you think you require development to help the growth of your business.
