It seems to be all too common for businesses to have great marketing in place, but still expect their customers to ask first.
You’ve got to remind your customers you exist. And remind them regularly! And, you’ve got to build up a relationship with your customers.
Have a think about the businesses you buy from repeatedly. What do they do to encourage you back? And, how could you do the same?
Just because your target market follow you on Twitter, like your Facebook page or are connected to you on LinkedIn, doesn’t mean that they’re ready to buy. You’ve got to build the relationship up. So engage with them, build conversation, find out more about them, and make sure they don’t forget you exist.
And, give them some great deadlined offers that will encourage them to buy now!
If we wait for them to make the first move, we could be waiting a while!
