Sam Flynn is a digital wellbeing coach, trainer and speaker.

Sam has worked for over 13 years in the digital world as a social media trainer, runs an employee survey company and has a background in Organisational Psychology.

Sam has delivered talks worldwide on the impact of the digital world.

She is passionate about helping others create a positive relationship with the digital world and on improving digital culture and wellbeing within organisations.

Why do I need this course?

This course will help improve performance and productivity in your organisation, AND the wellbeing of your team. It will highlight key areas of your digital approach that may be negatively impacting organisational results and how to improve those areas.

Who is the course for?

The course is for executives, leaders, HR departments, wellbeing leads, mental health first aiders and anyone else within the business who wants to help improve the wellbeing of their team, as well as productivity and performance

How many modules are there?

There are seven modules within the course 

How long does each module take to complete?

The videos are between ten and 30 minutes long and you can work through them individually as suits you. Alternatively, you can read the written booklet for each module.

How long will I be able to access the course for?

You will be able to access the course for at least a year.

Can I share the course with other people within the organisation?

You are welcome to share the course within the business. We ask that you do not share the course beyond your organisation.

What if I don't find the course useful?
